You agree that by accessing or using PiKlean, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms.

You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, via email and in the app, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

Upon termination, your license to use PiKlean immediately ceases. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the app from your device.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue PiKlean (or any part or content thereof) at any time, with or without notice to you, and we will not be liable to you or to any third party for doing so.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration. Class actions, class arbitrations, and representative actions are not permitted.
Jurisdiction: You agree to personal jurisdiction in the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, for matters not subject to arbitration.

User Responsibility: It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of any information before relying on it, especially regarding pricing, subscription terms, and service features.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of:

PHOTO DELETION IS PERMANENT. PiKlean helps you organize your photo library, but you are solely responsible for all deletion decisions.
